I had lots of fun while learning, and while being in a great environment. I learned so much, gained a large amount of hands on tools for Digital Marketing.

Tell us a bit about your experience before the Digital Marketing Institute

As Manager of Corporate Communications Department for Societe Generale in Serbia for 6 years total, after the fifth year, I had the privilege to attend the Digital Marketing Communications class and get certified. The scope of responsibilities I had in this position were: PR, internal communications, CSR activities, sponsorships and events. I was responsible for re-positioning the Bank's brand and visibility on the market while strengthening internal communication. All modules offered and taught throughout the course were extremely applicable in all of the responsibilities I had.

What influenced your decision to study digital?

Everything is communicated through digital/social media. From organizing an event and inviting the relevant stakeholders to promoting any corporate strategy externally. Today, and even going from 10 to 20 years back, it has become a necessity to know and acquire skills how digital marketing is done. This seems to be the case for any communication in today's world. Probably most importantly what influenced my decision to join and study at the Institute was the desire to learn more about this field, acquire skills and hands on expertise on how to share messages, communicate the organisation's strategy, organize events, share results of any volunteer action, manage social media and email marketing, and learn about SEO, PPC, Digital Display.

Why did you choose to study with the Digital Marketing Institute?

I chose to study at Digital Marketing Institute initially because it was a referral. Soon after looking more closely into the Institute, I realized it is the institute that gathered the greatest specialists and professionals in this field. Individuals that have worked for most renowned marketing agencies, individuals that themselves have and influence, through their social media channels over hundreds of thousands of individuals.

Is there any advice you would give to new or future students at the Digital Marketing Institute?

To all future students of the Digital Marketing Institute – do not think twice, definitely attend! The Digital Marketing Institute's courses are taught by amazing people, very professional and experienced mentors and trainers, amazing crowd to know and be around. The actual content is very nicely organised and even better presented, straight forward and easy to follow.
